One day Mr. Dick Thurman stopped by Clark County in his newly restored P-40K. We were needing to fly our P-51D Shangri-La for maintenance checkout reasons so we used this opportunity to do some formation practice. I was asked to go along and shoot some photos from the Mustang for Mr. Thurman in his P-40. It was a ride of a lifetime.
